Join Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete Maia Matalon for a hands-on self-defense workshop presented by Martial Arts for Social Transformation, Equity, and Rights (MASTERS).

Maia is an accomplished BJJ competitor and instructor known for her technical precision and empowering approach to martial arts. Her clinic focuses on practical techniques anyone can use to protect themselves and build confidence, drawing from her experience both on the mats and in real-world self-defense contexts.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, this session offers a safe, supportive environment to learn essential skills while supporting a great cause.

This clinic is for ages 12 and up!


Purchases go towards supporting MASTERs in its ongoing mission to make martial arts accessible.

The event will take place on November 30th at High Noon BJJ & Fitness at 2 PM.
