HanpanTV x High Noon Training Camp
High Noon Summer Training Camp
High Noon Summer Training Camp
July 10–17 · Alexandria, Virginia
A focused, high-level week for athletes and coaches who want real development — not surface-level instruction.
The camp brings together Cho Jun Ho and Cho Jun Hyun of HanpanTV with Dr. Christopher Round for a week built on technical clarity, decision-making, and competition-ready judo. The Cho Brothers' sessions emphasize clean, biomechanics-driven technique and timing drawn from international competition and modern Korean judo — real-world technique over textbook theory. Dr. Round's sessions use a constraints-led approach, developing adaptable skills through guided games and live problem-solving rather than rote memorization.
But this is more than mat time. Each day also includes professional-development presentations from the same experts who support MASTERs fellows year-round:
- Dr. Diana Wang, DPT (Open Mat Physio) — injury prevention and recovery
- Janine Cotti, RD (Judo Nutrition) — fueling the grappler
- Erin Herle, CMPC (Train Ya Mind) — mental performance
- Dr. Rhadi Ferguson — strength and conditioning (virtual presentation)
- Plus sessions on coaching and on marketing yourself as an athlete
Whether you compete or coach, you'll leave with skills, systems, and a plan you can actually use.
