High Noon Summer Training Camp

July 10–17 | Alexandria, Virginia

The High Noon Summer Training Camp is a focused, high-level judo training experience designed for athletes who want real technical development, not surface-level instruction.

This camp brings together Cho Jun Ho and Cho Jun Jyun of HanpanTV with Dr. Christopher Round for a week of structured, purposeful training centered on technical clarity, decision-making, and competition-ready judo.

Sessions with the Cho Brothers will emphasize clean technical execution, timing, and detail drawn from international-level competition and modern Korean judo pedagogy. These sessions are built around precision and repeatability, not volume for its own sake.

Sessions led by Dr. Round will focus on constraints-led judo, using guided games and live problem-solving to develop adaptable skills under pressure. The goal is not memorization of techniques, but the ability to apply core weapons across grips, positions, and match states.

This camp is appropriate for motivated youth, cadet, junior, and senior athletes with a solid foundation who are ready to train with intent. Space is limited to preserve training quality.
